Dear Valued Customer,
Today, 17th May, 2012 around 10am (+5:30 GMT) we noticed that customers are experiencing authentication failures when checking there email. Around 11am we found that our authentication database on DS3 was over loaded, this resulted in all customers that was served by DS3 node server was experiencing authentication failures when checking there email.
Our team took 2 hours to restore the server back to its normal working status, We have also taken steps to prevent such issues from happening in the feature.
We would like to apologize to our customers who get served by DS3, and also like to thank you for the support you have given to us during the down time.
